SECOND GENERATION4. Ludonia BOGAN was born in 1887 in Mississippi. In 1910 she was residing in Crittenden county, Arkansas (Tyronza Twp). Ludonia Bogan and Winston Busby were not married. Rev Winston BUSBY (son of Doc BUSBY and Rachel HAMILTON) was born February 28, 1880 in Cold Water, Tate County, Mississippi. In 1880, Winston was 3 months old and living with his mother Rachel Hamilton and sister Arie (age 7) in Thyatira and Tyro, Tate County, Mississippi. They were residing in the household of Winston's uncle (mother's brother) Alex Hamilton. Winston was adopted by Doc Busby when Doc married Rachel Hamilton in 1883 and Winston took on the Busby name. In 1910, Winston was living in Tunica, MS along with wife Mattie. In 1918 he was residing in Hollywood, Tunica County, Mississippi and was working as a Farmer on the home farm. It is not certain whether he ever served in the military or not, but he registered for WWI draft in 1918 along with his brother Henry Busby. In 1953 Winston was living at 1417 Lambert Street, a home which he built by hand and is still standing in the city of Memphis today. Winston was a skilled carpentar as well as an Ordained Minister. He was a well respected man in the community. Winston Busby died in February 1970 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. Ludonia BOGAN and Winston BUSBY had the following
