CLARK - FIRST GENERATIONOur CLARK Family History began in AFRICA. Then later, in Georgia, with the union of an AFRICAN-born male slave and a Georgia-born female slave who fathered Europe Clark in 1829. Europe Clark later migrated to Arkansas, by way of Louisiana, sometime prior to 1869. The oldest Clark family member that I have been able to locate thus far is my g-g-g-grandfather Europe Clark and his wife, g-g-g-grandmother Charlotte Clark, called 'Lottie', living in Union County, Harrison Township, Arkansas in 1870.
