THIS iS AN ACCOUNT OF OUR LYLES FAMILY HISTORY aS KNOWN AT THIS TIME
1. William M. LYLES Sr was born about 1843 in South Carolina. He died prior to 1910 in Phillips County, Big Creek, Arkansas. He migrated to Arkansas from South Carolina during the late 1800s.
William M. Lyles Sr was married to Hannah B. HALL (daughter of Randal HALL and Irene (Maiden name unknown) on Apr 12 1888 in Phillips County, Arkansas.Hannah B. HALL was born in 1865 in Georgia. Her youngest children were residing with their older brother William Lyles in 1910 so it is presumed that Hannah died prior to 1910.
William M. LYLES Sr and Hannah B. HALL had the following children:

Man LYLES was born in 1896 in Phillips County, Arkansas.

Emma LYLES was born in 1897 in Phillips County, Arkansas.

Lance LYLES was born in 1898 in Phillips County, Arkansas.
6 v.
James LYLES was born in 1899 in Phillips County, Arkansas.
William M. Lyles married (name unknown) His first wife was born in Georgia and died about 1899 in Phillips County, Arkansas. It is presumed that she died in childbirth while giving birth to Elnora. She was born in Georgia.
William M. LYLES Sr and (name unknown) had the following children:

Elnora LYLES was born in Jan 1889 in Phillips County, Arkansas. In 1910
at the age of 20 she was residing with her grandfather and grandmother R. D.
Hall and Irene Hall.
